Programs

Public Health Management Corporation's (PHMC) Forensic Services provide assessment and case management services under criminal justice supervision, as an alternative to incarceration. These services are designed to enhance community safety by reducing recidivism.

Risk assessments help case managers to identify and understand the challenges and barriers participants encounter, allowing for more effective support strategies.

Case managers support each participant based on their risk assessment results. This involves connecting individuals with services that can help them succeed. Supports include:

• Physical and behavioral health: primary care, mental health care

• Recovery support: substance use treatment, peer specialist support, medical assistance

• Social services: GED classes, vocational training, employment

• Housing: safe and sober recovery housing, permanent housing referrals
